TIME

Speed is one of the main advantages that comes with choosing a Modular Home or Building. On average we can have your home built within 3-4 weeks. Once this process is complete, your home will then be delivered to its building site and placed on its foundation. On most jobs we will help coordinate all onsite work including the installation of your home, hook up and or provide all utilities, build your garage, decks, concrete flat work or any other onsite work that may need to be done. Under normal circumstances, you will move into your home within 3-4 months from the day you order your home. WOW!!! Less than 4 months to be in your new home. It doesn't get any better than that!
