Own a Truly Sustainable Green Home
Modular Homes are Inherently Green, Energy Efficient and have a Low Carbon Footprint
Our homes are built to newest guidelines for energy efficiency and environmental impacts. The result is some of the most Green Homes in California and the West!
Efficiency in Production
Building homes in a factory protected environment with modern technologies allows to guarantee a minimum of material waste, reduces gas and diesel use for multiple transports of material and work force to job sites, minimizes construction noise and dust impact on the neighborhood.
Green Materials
We only use materials with lowest or zero health hazard emissions, such as formaldehyde, and comply or exceed all stringent California regulations.
Maximum insulation; a tight building envelope; dual pane, low e-glass windows; insulated, sealed and tested heating ducts and automatic thermostats protect from energy loss and provide for a minimum of energy use.
Energy Saving Appliances
All of our appliances are Energy Star certified. For even more energy savings we also offer high efficiency furnaces and A/C systems, tank less water heaters and the installation of solar systems.
